Sikkim

Sikkim is a privileged camp for all those who can make it in the first week of April. This is the time when this jewel of Himalayas is at its best. Skies are clear blue, blooming rhododendrons signal the end of winter, no crowds – the place is for you alone. Come with your friends for that last get together before you go your own ways. Indulge in little bit of trekking, taste the excitement of rafting, enjoy snow fight at 15000 feet – in short have a ball.

Day 1	Fly Pune to Bagdogra and proceed to Gangtok. Evening at leisure. (L, D)
Day 2	Full day city tour covering Rumtek Monastery and other landmarks. (B,L,D)
Day 3	Enjoy an excursion to the frozen Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.), Baba Mandir and indulge in some snow fights. Shop in the evening. (B,L,D)
Day 4	After breakfast travel to Peling and check in. Visit Pemyangste Monastery. Games and activities. (B,L,D)
Day 5	Drive to Khecheopalri Wishing lake. Meditate in the serene atmosphere and make a wish. Enjoy an exhilarating trek through the evergreen forest to arrive at Yuksom, the last outpost of civilization. Overnight at Peling. (B,L,D)
Day 6	Proceed to Darjeeling after breakfast. Enjoy Rafting on Teesta River. Evening shopping on Darjeeling Mall. (B,L,D)
Day 7	Drive to Tiger Hill for a spectacular sunrise. Visit Mountaineering institute and the Zoological Park. Shopping in the evening. (B,L,D)
Day 8	Check out after breakfast and proceed to the airport. Board flight to Pune. (B,L)
