Koyana Backwaters
 

This is an adventure camp to the core- for people with energy and enthusiasm. Enjoy solo kayaking, swimming, tree climbing, half a day trek, valley crossing, and even an evening of jungle cooking. Our campsite is at Tapola on the banks of the Koyna river, just beyond Mahabaleshwar.

Camp Programme (Summer'12)

Day 1

Pune reporting at 6.15 am sharp at Congress Bhavan near Pune Municipal Corporation.
The bus departs at 6.30 am.
Breakfast enroute. Arrive at Tapole campsite near Mahabaleshwar and settle down.
Orientation and briefing about the camp. Games and activities in the evening.
Day 2 Full day of activities – Valley Crossing, Kayaking and Biking.
Team games and treasure hunt. Camp fire at night.
Day 3 Early morning trek in the mountains.
In the afternoon swimming, tree climbing, jungle cooking, games and activities.
Day 4 Finals of various games and races. Prize distribution and farewell.
Depart after lunch. Arrive at Congress Bhavan between 6 and 6.30 pm.
