Lakshadweep

One of world's most spectacular tropical island systems, Lakshadweep is tucked away off the Kerala coast. The islands look like emeralds against the vast expanse of the blue sea. Each island is fringed by snow white coral sands and placid lagoons. The lagoons offer an excellent opportunity for water sports like swimming, wind-surfing, diving, snorkeling and kayaking. The crystal clear water and the abundant marine life will make this a truly memorable camp.

Day 1	Report at Mumbai CST – 1430 hrs. Report at Pune Station main porch – 1800 hrs. Kanyakumari Express (6381) departure Mumbai – 1545 hrs and Pune 1915 hrs.
Day 2	On the Train.
Day 3	Arrive Ernakulam at 04.40 hrs and check into the hotel. Half day sight-seeing of Cochin City. Visit Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, St. Francis Xavier Church and Chinese fishing Nets. Enjoy the backwater boat ride in the evening.
Day 4	Set sail for Lakshadweep. On the high sea, watch out for dolphins and flying fish, whales may be.
Day 5	Arrive Kavaratti in the morning. Stay on the island. Swimming, beach combing and games.
Day 6	Explore Kavaratti island. Learn snorkeling to watch corals, giant clams, sponges, colourful fish - - Sleep on the beach, under a starry sky.
Day 7	Take a Glass bottom boat ride for a glimpse of the underwater world. Later be a part of the underwater world, take to scuba diving. Watch the discovery channel come alive in all its splendor.
Day 8	Extra day on the island, chill out. (only for 26 Apr batch)
Day 9	Games and competitions in the morning. Depart by ship for Cochin after lunch.
Day 10	Arrive at Cochin and check into hotel. Evening free for shopping. Farewell party at night.
Day 11	Board Netravati Express (TrainNo.6346) at 1405 hrs at Ernakulam Junction for the return journey.
Day 12	Arrive at Panvel 1510 hrs, Thane 1604,Tilak Terminus (Kurla) 1640 hrs. Arrive at Phule Museum, Pune by bus at 1930 hrs. Please check the time of arrival with railway authorities.

Submission of bonafide student certificate from school / college is mandatory for this student package. Penalty for non submission is Rs 2000.
